A year ago...

One year ago today I was picking up Nora (early) from MDO because of the severe weather that was supposed to hit our area that night.

One year ago today, I did this post.

You might remember that severe weather did hit our area....hard. We lost power for 4 days, spent two nights in a hotel and two night in Little Rock. Thousands of trees were damaged because of ice and some people were literally homeless for over a month.

Well, well, well, a year later and this is what the forecast looks like:
I think the weathermen are playing it up...hopefully! They seems to think we will be hit by the snow/ice Thursday night. I am hopeful that it is just a dusting and NO ICE.

Last year I hoped that Matthew would be able to stay at home with us for a few days. This year, I hope he gets to go to school. We have already had enough snow days...we want to be able to enjoy some of our summer together.
