didn't help the disposition of my little girls. We went tonight to have their picture made with Santa. It is a little bit better than last years picture, but not much. As soon as Nora spotted Santa, she clung to me and was climbing up me. I guess she figured that if she was on my head he wouldn't be able to reach her. We still forced her in his lap. Elyn was calm until she heard Nora crying and she decided to join in. This is the best picture of the ones that the elf got. Maybe next year will be better.

I'm telling you -- it took me 5 years to get one of the boys together and happy!
A successful Santa picture is definitely a big feat (and one I had hoped to accomplish long before now), but to be honest, one of my favorite things to pull out of the Christmas decorations is their horrible Santa pictures of the past! (btw, their dresses are too cute!)

I have several Santa pics just like this... and now they are very fun to decorate with. Put them in a big frame. Every year when you get them out of the box, you will belly laugh.
