She went to bed last night at 8pm. She woke up once, but we think it was because of a bad dream. She slept until 8:30am!
For her nap today, she went right down and didn't even mention her old pal "Paci".
Maybe my girl is turning a corner.
For Aunt Julia and Uncle Brian's sake, I hope that is the case. She is spending the night with them tomorrow night and they don't need her drama.

YAY Nora! I laughed out loud at your last post!!
Whew. Mackenzie LOVED her paci, too. Our dentist recommeded getting rid of it at 2 3/4's years as a result of her top front teeth flaring out. :) She understood that the dentist (not just mommy) had said it was time to quit using the paci...and she went with it. OH, she struggled alright, but she understood. I felt sooo sorry for her. She was miserable without the paci for a while. Good news: all is well at our house now! It will be fine for your house on down the road, too! :) Hang in there. I'll say that part again: Hang in there!!! It does get better. Kids do transition...eventually. ;)
