Here are some recipes I have tried recently and are super good...enjoy!
Pesto Chicken (from Tanya)
1 rotisserie chicken
1 jar of pesto sauce
1 bag of frozen veggies
brown rice
Put frozen veggies on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Cook in a 225 degree oven for about 30 minutes (until they are thaw and the water is out of them.
While the veggies are cooking, take the meat off the rotisserie chicken and shred. Put in a bowl and pour the jar of pesto sauce over it. Put veggies in bowl and stir all together.
Cook brown rice and serve chicken mix over rice.
EASY AND DELICIOUS! Both of my girls gobbled it up.
Chocolate chip sour cream cake
1 box of butter recipe cake mix
1 small box of chocolate instant pudding
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup of oil (I KNOW, but it's really good)
1/3 cup of water
4 eggs
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together except the eggs and chocolate chips. After ingredients are mixed together, mix in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Then fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Heavenly!

Thanks for the recipes! What a great idea!
This is the same recipe I use for chocolate chip pound cake -- and it is one of my most favorite cakes to make (because it is easy) and eat (because it is delicious!).
I also love this same recipe for the chocolate chip cake- I love it! As Kristen said, SO EASY. AND YUMMY (probably that 1 cup of oil!)
