I got an upgrade today...an iPhone!
I have been saving my birthday money until I was eligible for an upgrade.
Today was the day! I took my money (and my children) to the AT&T store and asked for an iPhone.
I was so excited!
(I was also excited we were the only customers in the store because the transaction took a bit longer than I expected and the girls were a little stir crazy by the end.)
So, I have entered the world of iPhone users and couldn't be happier.
I have been downloading apps (all free ones) and inputting data into the calendar.
It's fun...happy birthday to me!

You are going to LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Let me know if you find any great apps you can't live without.
You will love it... I can't speak personally, I still have a old phone, but when it breaks (and hopefully it will!) I will be getting one. Every other member of my family has one and they love it! Have a blast with all the fun apps!!
That is on my list of wants. As soon as my current contract is up I will be getting one too! What apps do you recommend?
You will L-O-V-E it!! So many useful and fun apps to explore -- have fun!
That iphone pales in comparison to the label maker. Lol. One day I will have one...
Happy Birthday to you and me- I just got one, too! Although Brady pretty much thinks it's hers! Are you playing words with friends? I'm 76ashbliss if so. I love Shape Builders and Doodle Buddy and iWrite words for B. Scoops is my favorite stupid game for me and I'm starting to decipher which coupon, grocery list, bible apps I want to spend $ on- we had itunes gift cards from a while back, so that's been a great help! Enjoy!
You need an otterbox cover on it, I have dropped mine, and it's been chewed on! It's supposed to save it from being thrown across the room and getting wet. Not trying that though! Hamilton has all kinds of apps on there too, helps to prevent fits in walmart and eating out!
There is an app called Smacktalk that keeps my kids entertained ENDLESSLY. They also love DressChica and SqueezeIt.
I guess I'm mean because I don't let my kids play with it. Actually, mine was a gift from Gary (it was the 2nd one that came out). I wouldn't have spent the money. With both of ours plus an add'l line, plus the minimal home phone, our phone bill is close to $300. I think it's ridiculous! Maybe I need to utilize it more...
