Guess what? Chicken butt. (and then she proceeded to laugh really hard....and I admit, I had a hard time putting on my "serious" face because I thought it was pretty funny too....well, after I picked up my jaw off of the floor after hearing what she said.)
Matthew and I looked at each other and then at Nora and then at each other again.
"Where in the world did you hear that?"
The answer:
Goofy? Quirky, weird, well, goofy, Goofy said that? Goofy taught Nora her first "bad" word. (It was a bad word in my house growing up...so was stupid...and fart.)
If I asked Nora what a "chicken butt" was, she would have no idea. If I asked what a chicken "bottom" or "hiney" was, she would know.
I guess she is still innocent and hasn't been tainted too badly by Goofy and his potty mouth. Perhaps I should look up the ratings on MMCH...sounds like PG-13 to me.
Guess what? Chicken butt. (It still makes me laugh.)

I can't believe that she heard that from Goofy!! Just wait for Kindergarten when you have NO control! We are hearing all sorts of things and Tate is constantly getting in trouble for the things he repeats!

I just had the EXACT same conversation with my friend that I teach with at preschool...her daughter who is 3 came in and told her the same thing. After she picked her jaw up off the floor too, she couldn't believe that they had that on MMCH! Although it is pretty funny!
that was so funny! mmch taught bailey "oh gosh" which is not allowed in our house. i have noticed they say that a lot!!

My son has picked up, "What the frogsicle!" from some show and every time I hear, "What the f.." come out of his mouth I nearly have a heart attack until I hear the "rogsicle" part.

Yes, that Goofy is a scandalous character. Clayton now says "gosh" and pulls down his pants and screams, "UNDERPANTS!!!" Thank you Goofy. Now I have to undo the things you've taught my child. We have not caught the chicken butt episode...yet. Oh, and don't even get me started on "shake shake shake your peanut", especially since we call Clayton's private part his "peanut". Yes, it has led to some lewd dancing in our house.
