I drove home in this tonight...it was miserable.
My shoulders were extremely tense (actually, I could really use a massage right now).
I teach 1.5 hours away from my home on Thursday nights. When I left to head back, I called Matthew and asked what the weather was like-no rain. Thirty minutes later he called me and said it was a DOWNPOUR (no mention of tornado).
I hit it (or it hit me) about 15 minutes after that and I didn't let my guard down the rest of the journey.
But, I'm home.

Glad you got home safely! I hate driving in weather like that and seems like I have done it too much this summer as we have had lots of hard downpours this summer.
